We don't receive your rides, location, health data or sensor data. EdgePro shows them on your Edge only.
Weather
If you use Open-Meteo as the weather source, your Edge sends its approximate position to Open-Meteo through the Garmin Connect app to get the forecast. This request goes directly to Open-Meteo, not to us. If you use the Edge's own forecast, Garmin's privacy policy applies.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting of this website and the license service
- payment provider – checkout and payments
- Garmin – the Connect IQ store and the Garmin Connect app that connect your Edge and phone
How long we keep it
Device code, trial and license status: as long as the license exists, so your Edge stays unlocked. Purchase records: as long as tax law requires (in Slovenia, 10 years). Messages: until your question is resolved.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data. Write to support e-mail. You can also complain to the supervisory authority; in Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
